I was welcomed by Haven who supported me through a traumatic time.

Twice they opened their doors and understanding to me.

At this time I needed to be heard, believed and held.

My counsellor enabled me to find the courage to face each day and helped to find the strength to grow and rebuild my life.

I truly believe that had it not been for Haven, I would not be where I am today.

Although it is still difficult, I know that I have a place to come should I need help.

Furthermore, this service has been delivered free of charge – I would not have been able to attend had I had to pay.

The Haven Network is saving lives every day.
